    An order form can be downloaded or printed from our web site or contact Customer Service to have a form faxed or e-mailed.


Purchase orders or existing open account status:
If you have an existing account, fax, e-mail, mail, or provide your purchase order number online and request open account status.
Credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Check or money order:
If prepaying by check or money order, please include shipping cost (see below) and make payable to YMCA Program Store.
Where open account status has not been established, order may ship COD or prepayment may be required.


We strive to ship all orders the same or next day after the order is received. Every effort is made to maintain sufficient quantities to meet product demands - however all orders are subject to product availability. Please verify availability with Customer Service (call 800-747-0089).


Standard shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground (provided the shipping location is located in the contiguous 48 states and is not a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address), and will have the following standard shipping charges applied:
     $7.25 for the first item and
     $2.10 for each additional item.

2-FOR-1 shipping:
Select items have been assigned special shipping rates where up to two of each count as one item for shipping cost purposes. For example, if a purchase contains five of a qualifying item, the shipping cost will be $11.45 (1 @ $7.25 and 2 @ $2.10). Items qualifying for 2-for-1 shipping, it will be noted in the item description.
Expedited shipping:
If you need your product sooner, you may request air shipping (e.g., 2-day, overnight), which is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned for credit, refund, or replacement, provided they are returned within 30 days from receipt of the shipment.

Over-ordered products must be returned in mint condition to receive credit. Credit cannot be issued for over-ordered products returned in damaged condition. (Please note - credit does not include shipping and handling charges.)

Please contact Customer Service at 800-747-0089 for a return authorization number (RA #) and include a copy of the invoice with the return. Delivery will be refused for any return not bearing factory issued RA #. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All claims for damage or loss must be reported to Customer Service within 15 days of receipt or expected arrival date.
